Construction
Transport frame: Cold-bent profiles in galvanized sheet metal (0.5 mm)
Roof: Smooth 0.5 mm galvanized outer sheet with 2% pitch. 100 mm pressed mineral wool insulation.
Roofing: 15 mm OSB sheet finished in Rigips or white PVC panels.
Interior walls: T6 galvanized trapezoidal sheet with colored protective coating on both sides, 100 mm pressed mineral wool insulation, finished in drying wood or PVC panels.
Partition walls: Impregnated wood construction, 12 mm OSB board, finished with soundproofing wool or PVC panels.
Floor: 0.5 mm galvanized sheet metal, 100 mm pressed façade wool insulation, 22 mm OSB board, wood structure and PVC flooring.
Exterior door: 1000 mm x 2060 mm, steel door.
