These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the sale of products on the BDP Containers website. By placing an order on our site, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully.

The products offered for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible. However, errors or omissions may occur, and we do not guarantee that product descriptions will always be error-free.
 
3. Ordering
 
Placing an order: You can place an order directly on our website. To place an order, select the desired products, add them to your shopping cart, then follow the ordering process by providing the required information.
 
Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. Paris time will be processed on the next business day.
 
4. Order processing
 
Processing times : Orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days (Monday to Friday). This time is independent of the delivery time.

 5. Delivery
 
Delivery zones :
 
France and DOM-TOM : Free delivery within 5 to 10 working days.
Other European countries: Delivery within 10 to 15 working days.
Delivery times: Orders are processed and dispatched within 7 to 15 working days (Monday to Saturday).
 
Delivery charges: Delivery charges are free for France and French overseas departments and territories. For other European countries, delivery charges will be indicated at the time of ordering.
 
6. Prices
 
Product prices are indicated in euros, exclusive of tax (HT). The applicable VAT will be added to the total amount of your order upon confirmation of payment. Delivery charges may also be added to the total amount of your order, depending on the delivery zone. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, but products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time of ordering.
 
7. Payment
 
We accept payment by credit card, debit card, PayPal and bank transfer. You can choose your method of payment when placing your order. Payment is secured by our payment gateway partner. You can also consult our Payment Policy page.
 
8. Right of withdrawal
 
In accordance with current legislation, you have 30 days from receipt of the products to exercise your right of withdrawal. Products must be returned in their original, unused condition, with their original labels and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at contact@bdpconteneurs.com. You are responsible for return shipping costs, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.
 
9. Exchanges and refunds
 
Exchanges: To exchange a product, return it according to the instructions provided for returns, then place a new order for the desired product.
 
Refunds: Once the return has been received and inspected, we will inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be made to the original method of payment. Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
 
10. Liability
 
We cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of our site or the purchase of our products. The liability of BDP Containers is limited to the amount of the order.
